Do you sell Products to customers outside of Australia?

Yes we do! We sell products to both Australia & overseas customers.

Do you offer FREE Shipping?

For Australian customers we offer FREE domestic shipping orders over $100. Express shipping for Australian customers will be at a small fee.

Currently there is no FREE shipping option available for customers outside of Australia.

When I place an order, when do you start the shipping process?

Orders before 1pm Australian EST will begin to be shipped the same business day.

Orders after 1pm will be shipped ASAP the very next business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Zekr prioritses getting your order as fast as possible to you! Depending on your location, shipping times will vary.

Within Australia: Usually 2-5 days for metro/city areas and 6-10 days for regional/rural areas. Express can be 1-2 days.

International (outside Australia): Typically 7-14 business days
